At Customer CentriCity Limited, we believe we are in a good position to help achieve the goal of assisting organisations reach the goal of communicating perfectly with their customers. This is because know exactly how the customer wants to be served. At each point, we help distil communication to make sure the most effective communication goes forward to the customers, in the right way and plan and achieving the right impact.

This journey for every organisation usually begins with the Brand. Every Brand needs to have a recognisable character and what we do at CCC is to help define that Brand by articulating it: put into words, pictures and form. Our Brand Strategy Workshop is a mish-mash of creative fireworks, erudite analysis and gut-feel solution building. This is where we help define a mission, vision and a brand promise, in essence, we provide clarity.

We help articulate the Brand promise based on the organisations needs. To achieve this, we have Bespoke templates/ processes that help achieve this, in the form of value creation set of tools and templates to help our clients come up with a recognizable personality. This represents how we add specific value to the client’s communication value chain.

The entire objective of the continuum is EFFECTIVE and IMPACTFUL communication. We go round the customer twice, as espoused by our philosophy: 720° Customer cover and to do this we offer traditional Marketing Communication which involves advertising, PR and other channels. Then we go round again with our focus on STAFF of the organisation. We go to work with our Customer Service Consultation to make sure the staff has a functional knowledge of the organisations culture and there is a synergy from the organisation to its staff.

The glue that binds it all together is the work we do in Centri Culture®. It is intensively analytic and executional work that tasks us both creatively and mentally. The result is often Bespoke Organisational Development programs that draw from corporate brand strategies then applied focus on staff effectiveness and guarantees excellent Customer Experience and Perception. Some of our tools border on Organisational Structure Planning, Business Process Improvement, Customer Voyage Charting and Business Etiquette and Impact.

We are very happy to work with a client through the entire continuum but we do not insist on it. We work to fill the gaps in any organisation wherever they occur. We are very flexible in our approach and willing to accommodate every challenge.
